I’m a Certified Health Coach (CTNC) and Autoimmune Specialist with over 20 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. My approach is rooted in nervous system support, functional recovery, and the belief that the body holds deep wisdom, especially when given the right inputs and space to recalibrate.
I take a deep individualized approach to healing, combining hands-on bodywork with health coaching to support the nervous system, reduce inflammation and restore balance. Each session is tailored to explore root causes and guide clients towards lasting transformation through intuitive care and science-backed methods.
